TotalCover™ is Lyra Lighting’s all-inclusive protection plan for anything that might go wrong after delivery.

  • If your light fails, breaks, or is damaged — we replace it.
  • You pay a £50 excess fee per approved claim. We cover shipping.
  • Unlimited replacements during your plan.

2. What’s covered

Everything except loss or theft.

  • Electrical faults or power failures
  • Breakages, cracks, or damage
  • Water or accidental damage
  • Any issue that stops your light working or causes damage

Once the £50 excess is paid, we dispatch a brand-new replacement with free shipping.

3. What’s not covered
  • Loss or theft of your product
  • Deliberate damage or fraudulent claims

Everything else is covered — no hidden fine print.

4. Eligibility

TotalCover™ must be added at the time of the original purchase. It cannot be added after checkout. Coverage begins on delivery.

5. How to make a claim
  1. Email returns@lyralighting.solutions with your order number and a short description or photo.
  2. We verify and approve within 2 business days.
  3. You pay the £50 excess fee.
  4. We dispatch a brand-new replacement. Shipping included.
6. Coverage duration

Starts on delivery. Continues for either 12 or 36 months based on your plan. If a replacement is issued, the plan continues to the original end date.

7. Unlimited replacements

Unlimited approved claims during the active term. Each claim requires the £50 excess.

8. Cancellations and refunds
  • Cancel anytime by emailing returns@lyralighting.solutions.
  • Cancel within 14 days with no claims for a full refund of payments made.
  • After 14 days, payments made are non-refundable; future payments stop on cancellation.
9. Direct Debit Guarantee
  • Advance notice of any payment changes.
  • Immediate refund from your bank in the event of an error.
  • Cancel your Direct Debit anytime with your bank or by emailing returns@lyralighting.solutions.
10. Transferability

Applies only to the original purchaser. Not transferable.

11. How this works with our refund policy

Your order is covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from delivery. After 30 days, TotalCover™ protects you for the rest of your plan.
